Persephone is an internet-addicted teenage poetess struggling through
the seasons of her sometimes-alive, sometimes-dead psyche. When the internet envelopes Persephone, she disappears to a special hell where the grass is always green and the sky so blue. Defeated by a search for her missing child, Perephone's mother, Demeter, rips apart her garden then doubles in an underworld appearance as Sylvia Plath.
Presented in conjunction with San Jose Repertory Theatre's Snow Queen.
